We respect your privacy, which we are committed to safeguarding through these terms and conditions, we also value your interest in our service, which we put at your absolute disposal.
Through these terms and conditions, “Sigma Solutions” makes you aware of the rights, obligations, responsibilities and conditions to be able to access our services.
Acceptance of terms and conditions of use

The use of our services and likewise “Sigma Web”, are reserved for people of legal age, that is, 18 years of age in front, who reside in the Mexican Republic. In case of being a natural or legal person who resides outside the Mexican Republic, by using our services and “Sigma Web”, you tacitly agree to adhere to the laws of the Republic itself.
Modifications to the Terms and Conditions of Use
“Sigma Solutions” may make changes to the terms and conditions of use stipulated here at any time you consider optimal. Modifications that are of immediate effect once they are published in “Sigma Web”.
The realization of said or any modifications will be informed to the user through the means of communication that he makes available to “Sigma Solutions” through his services forms, preferably through email. Continuing to use “Sigma Web” after receiving notice of modifications, is a tacit acceptance of the modifications and the novel form of the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Services and user usage
“Sigma Web” contains a series of services, located in the services sections and now applies, which are the selection that the user can explore in search of their personal requirement.
In the services area, the user will find the options of: 1) recruitment and selection of personnel in Mexico, 2) recruitment and selection of personnel in the US with a visa (the type of visa is variable depending on the required one), 3) courses and workshops for the human resources area, and 4) Consulting and services related to recruitment processes.
With respect to the visas mentioned in the previous paragraph, “Sigma Solutions” does not manage or guarantee any type of work visa or any other nature.
Within the Applicable area, the user will now find the options of: : i) Opportunities in Mexico, ii) Opportunities in the USA, and iii) Individual advice.
Indifferently, the options within and apply now require the user to enter the same information: 1) full name, 2) phone, and 3) email, and 4) message. The last element, message, is free text, where the user will make a brief, concise and clear explanation of what their particular interest is.
To access any service and apply now, the user must enter the information mentioned in the previous paragraph. It is the responsibility of the user to verify their information, entering it clearly, truthfully, accurately, updated and complete. Under no circumstances,

Once the user’s registration has been sent in the form related to the service you chose, “Sigma Solutions” will continue your request, contacting you via the means that the user has ordered. The rest of the service will be carried out directly in contact between “Sigma Solutions” and the user, since the “Sigma Web” functionality is only to start the desired service.
The user states that he is of legal age when entering his data within the form he chose. In case of not being of legal age in accordance with the laws applicable in Mexico, said service request will be nullified, provided that the services present in “Sigma Web” and provided by “Sigma Solutions” are exclusively for adults.

- Copy for use on mirror servers, reproduce, distribute, download, and/or stream any “Sigma Web” content (including trademarks), in any form or by any means; This includes, but is not restricted to electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording media, or any other
- Fake or attempt to partially or totally falsify any TCP/IP header in any email or newsgroup
