This Privacy Notice regulates the access and use of the Service that “Sigma” makes available to the interested user, as well as the contents of our website and version of the same available for mobile or cellular devices.
Data collected
“Sigma” is entitled to use your data to carry out your service, collects personal data of the user only with the express consent of the same user.

With respect to the visas mentioned in the previous paragraph, “Sigma Solutions” does not manage or guarantee any type of work visa or any other nature.
In all the services and forms of registration stipulated in the previous paragraph, only the following user data is requested: 1) full name, 2) telephone, and 3) email, with a 4) message, which although it is not a user data, is a free text form space where it can arrange or raise doubts or clarifications about its application.
User information, due to the very nature of the service, will be shared in need of it, with national and international third parties. However, this purpose is reasonable and adjusted depending on the service requested by the user.
Limits of use of information and rights ARCO
The user can apply through the Federal Consumer Attorney’s Office (PROFECO), in its Public Registry to Avoid Advertising (REPEP), for which he must contact the unit either physically or via his digital portal.
